For the autumn of 2020, Demna Gvasalia adopted the most recognisable house codes of Balenciaga(luxury bags and accessories) and introduced a new take on the classic bags of the brand. The Neo Classic Bag(luxury experience) celebrates twenty years of the famous bags made by Nicholas Ghesquiere. The new figure puts a fresh, modern spin on a time-tested design. Allow me to take a look at all the different variations of the bag while we first introduced you last month, it is now available via Balenciaga.com.
A more structured, top pole with zip closing, featuring the iconic motorcycle bags and twisted handles. The modernised silhouette is more structured. The brand showed several iterations on its runway of its large Neo Classic bag, however we now look at the other two sizes of the collection.
The version of this collection which we are most excited to discover is for the minis! The hourglass bag and the classic town bag are reminiscent of both. This design is an ode to the City bag, which many love for in nano size, but due to its structure, this mini version works a bit differently.
However the details are what make the bag really, and these iconic house codes, like the braided leather handle, classic long leather pull-out and motorcycle hardware, really hold the City bag. In fact, in hundreds of iterations over the years, there are several different options for this mini. There are several other options.
